can I do on this site ?
This site will allow you to plan a laughter-filled
night out at the Club. It's as simple as 1-2-3! All of this is accomplished by
utilizing our step through tour 1-2-3
and go! or by simply browsing around the
site.
If you have a date in mind, you can see who will be
performing on that day and make a reservation. If you have a favorite comedian,
you can check to see if they are coming to town soon and make a reservation.
Do
I need to login or create an account ?
No, You may browse freely (look for
uncoming shows, browse food menu, and make a reservation) and stay as long
as you like. However, when you are ready to checkout you will proceed to step
three where you will need to login or setup a new account so that we can
confirm your reservation.
What
information do we collect? How do we use it ?
When you order we need your name,
e-mail address, a password, credit card information, and phone number. This is
the minimum information needed to process your order. We realize that most
people do not wish to spend 5 minutes filling out forms, so we keep it simple.
We will not be contacting you unless it is related to your reservation. If you
sign up to be part of our mailing list, we will send you information on
upcoming specials or remind you if your favorite comedian will be appearing in
the near future.
How
do you save my password ?
We use cookies to remember you
everytime you visit our website. A cookie is a very small file that resides on
your computer and is read only from our website. This file stores information
from this website to make your visits more user friendly.(ie; password,
username, name) and presents no security risk whatsoever.
When
is my credit card charged and it is possible to get a refund ?
Your credit card will be charged when
you complete the check out process. Please note that there are no refunds once
the tickets have been purchased.
I Forgot my password
No problem! Click on view profile and
when the login appears click on forgot password. We will then send you the
password to your e-mail address.
Service
Charges? (ticket/reservation)
There is a service charge for online
and phone-in tickets/reservations.
You may get tickets/reservations at the door/box office with no service charge.
